Updated CalHFA Subordinate Deed of Trust Reflecting MERS Changes

Effective for all reservations on or after November 4, 2019, CalHFA will require lenders to use the updated CalHFA Subordinate Deed of Trust, which reflects new required information by the Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS). Also, the Deed Modification Form, when needed, has been updated as well.
