RingFit Ringette Performance Camp
Calling all U10& up players! Get ready for the upcoming season and consider signing up for RingFit Ringette Performance Camp (Sept 21 & 22)

RingFit is a two-day high-Performance Camp focusing on on-ice / off-ice training preparing the Player for their upcoming Season!

WHO : Any U10 & up Player (including goalies)
WHAT: Two-Day Performance Camp
WHEN: Sept.21 & 22 (9am to 4pm each day)
WHERE : Willie O’Ree
COST: $70

RingFit includes:
- 4 hours of ice
- 2 hours of off ice training (minimum)
- Scavenger Hunt
- Pre & Post Activity - Nutrition

Instructors will be announced soon. Goalies will also have a specific instructor.
