Academic Profiling Tests - Special AUGUST offer!

Why it is important to understand your child's ability

Most parents will eagerly anticipate the termly or annual school reports which may be a cause for celebration or the focal point of some serious discussion with your child if they appear to be underachieving or misbehaving. Of course your child's teachers will know your child well and their comments and insights will be valuable, but when it comes to understanding how your child's progress compares with others they usually provide little information.

Whilst it is not inherently useful to measure one child against another, this is inevitably what happens when it comes to entrance exams for academically selective schools. This is particularly the case when it comes to 11+ exams for both state and independent schools.

How do you know which schools you should be considering?

How can you help your child prepare for entrance tests?

How can you identify your child's particular strengths and weaknesses?

In order to make the right decisions for your child, whether it's choosing which schools to apply to or how best to support them in their learning, having accurate information to hand is invaluable.

Education Advisers offers a comprehensive Academic Profiling Test, suitable for children age 6-16, which measures the child's current level in the key areas of English, Maths, Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning. This is a standardised test, taken online at home, which generates a comprehensive, highly personalised report indicating the child's overall score compared to others of their age and showing areas of strength as well as those requiring development. The APT includes an online feedback session with a professional consultant to explain the report and the implications for your child's future schooling.

For the month of August 2025 we are offering the APT at a special price of £300+vat - please register your interest here and we will be in touch to arrange registration.
