Century Park V, an 81,000sft off Pellissippi Parkway, is breaking ground this fall. Century Park V will be the first new office construction in Knoxville in more than 18 months. The Class-A development is much needed in a Pellissippi submarket that is 94% leased. The explosion of nuclear programs in Oak Ridge is driving new tenants to the market and Century Park will fill some of those requirements.
