Annual Family Survey Opens February 10

Dear Families,

Next week you will be receiving an invitation to participate in our annual parent satisfaction survey. Please keep an eye out for it and take a few moments to tell us about your experiences at Archway Trivium.

Your feedback is highly prized by our academy and by Great Hearts! To that end, if we increase our participation percentage from last year, students will be rewarded with a "Jeans and Crazy Sock Day!"

Thank you in advance for taking the time to provide your feedback through the Family Survey.

A Note from the Health Office

Dear Families,

We are currently seeing an increase in illnesses at school and would like to share a few important health reminders to help keep our school community healthy.

Please keep your child home if they have:

  • A temperature of 100.0°F or higher
  • Excessive coughing or severe cold symptoms that interfere with learning
  • Signs and symptoms of the flu: fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, feeling very tired, and chills. Children may also say they “don’t feel well” or seem more tired than usual.

Students may return to school once they have been fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications such as Tylenol or Motrin.

We also encourage families to reinforce healthy habits at home, including:

  • Frequent handwashing with soap and water
  • Coughing or sneezing into elbows

Please take a moment to review the Great Hearts Health Policy for Students and Staff.

Teacher Appreciation Craft at Recess - February 9, 10, 12

There are two time slots for each day covering three grade levels each. Plus time at the beginning and end for setup and cleanup. Volunteers must have a current Raptor clearance to serve on campus. Reach out to our PSO with questions at ta.events.archwaytriviumpso@gmail.com.

Communication Updates

Latest News image.png

School Messenger Communication

Great Hearts and Archway Trivium continue to utilize the system School Messenger for emails, robo-calls, and text messaging to inform families of campus related academy emergencies and other communications. SchoolMessenger has a new automatic opt-in for text feature. During the registration/re-enrollment process families confirmed their wish to participate in text communications. Great Hearts will now automatically opt in contact information given during the registration/re-enrollment process with the options you selected. You will notice at the beginning of July you will be opted in for text messaging. If you would like to opt out of text messages simply reply STOP to the text from 67585. You can also enter the code 67585 with the message STOP to block any text messaging. Please note, if opting out, you will not receive texts regarding emergencies on campus.

Email Communications

If you know of parents who are not receiving these communications, please ask them to check their junk/promotions email folders, and then email bmcdonald@archwaytrivium.org for assistance.

You can also find ALL school-wide communications on our website on the Latest News page.
