Pop in and say hi!

Nation Night Out is on Tuesday, October 1st. We will be gathering at the Amenity Center from 4-6 pm for some popcorn and a Q&A with the new community manager, Kristal.

Emory Crossing has registered with the City of Hutto. They have included us on their route for the Police and Fire Departments to stop by.

If you registered for the Plant Bar, please check in before heading to the tables to put your planter together. Those who missed the registration can check in around 5:30 pm.

Annual Meeting

Save the date! Our annual meeting is Wednesday, October 16th. We will meet via Zoom.

Architectural Applications

All projects will be paused on September 30th. Applications will not be reviewed from October 1st through October 6th. Incomplete projects will need to be resubmitted.

Any applications submitted during this time will have to be resubmitted through the new system on October 7th. More information will be sent out on October 4th.

All exterior modifications to your home require review and approval via submission of an architectural application.

The developer of your HOA has hired Architectural Plan Review, LLC as a service and consultant to facilitate the HOA reviews in your community to maintain aesthetic appeal throughout the community. A fee is paid for each review. As an Architectural Control Consultant, APR will base their decisions primarily on the Legal Documents set forth by the Declarant for the Community. Where those Documents are silent, they will take direction from the Declarant/Developer as long as the Development is still under construction.
