Weekly Member Memo - Aug. 12, 2025

Annual Membership Renewals Are Now Overdue

You are the Wine Road - our members! The more members we have, the more programs we can offer. There is strength in numbers.

Now is the time to renew your membership.

This year the Board has created a few different options to pay.

"Sip Into The Weekend" EXTENDED

We are going to extend this promotion of FREE wine tasting every Thursday and Friday

now through Nov. 21.

Let me know if you want to be added to the list.

If you only want to participate for a few months, I will remove names from the list on Sept. 26, and Oct. 31 or you can stay on until Nov. 21.

We are working to get this out via some press, because this is a BIG deal.

We will update posters and distributed them to you.

Tickets Are On Sale

We have sold our first 20 tickets.

Please spread the word via social and your newsletters.

Toolkit provided with ideas.

For the Harvest Wine Trail,

wineries will offer some sort of fun, "only during harvest" type of opportunity and have three wines for attendees to sample.

We have mailed or delivered Wine Trail posters and postcard to participating wineries, our lodging members and local visitor centers.

Map Deliveries

We made it!

That was some serious driving around!

But it looks like we dropped maps at all of our winery members AND at 14 non-members, because we want them everywhere!

We really want to SEE those maps on display at every tasting room, coffee shop, gift shop, hotel etc, in wine country.

Customers should see Wine Road everywhere, so they know we are the "go to" resource when they are planning their wine tasting adventures. Please use the little map holder, don't just stick them behind the bar.

We have 50 wineries participating

If you have already signed-up, you have until August 20th to upload your compete recipe.

We plan to have your took kit and some postcards and signs to you by Aug. 25th - tickets on sale Aug. 27th for Insiders, 28th for the public.

Today you should log onto YOUR event calendar on YOUR website and add this event.

That is a requirement for your reimbursement. The sooner its added the better for all of us

Inquiring minds want to know -

What are you using for your DTC software?

Is there anything new that wineries are working with, any great advice for another winery?

Let me know and I'll pass it on.

Thanks - Beth

Thank you to our partners along the Wine Road for their financial support.
