A Note from the

Executive Director

Dear friends,

As the current administration reframes our country’s historic commitment to national and international leadership dedicated to serving the greater good, we find ourselves facing a more insecure, unequal, and dangerous world. This climate makes our focus on uplifting systemic food and nutrition work that advances health equity more important than ever, and I invite you to join H2HC as we work to strengthen our collective impact through collaboration and sharing.

We are close to launching our national 2025 Prizes for Innovation call for nominations and will be offering more information soon.

Our 2025 Fall Summit will be on Thursday, November 6, in Boston, and I hope that many of you will join us.

Finally, our November 2024 Fall Summit, Accelerating Solutions for Systemic Change, was an inspiring day that left us with a renewed sense of our collective agency and shared purpose. I invite you to read our just-released 2024 Summit report.

I look forward to collaborating with you.

Warmly,

Nicolene Hengen

Executive Director
