IRONWOOD CAPITAL EXITS INVESTMENT

IN MID-WEST TEXTILE

AVON, CT AND BOSTON, MA – October 19, 2026 – Ironwood Capital announces the exit of its investment in Mid-West Textile (“Mid-West”) in connection with the company’s acquisition by Greybull Stewardship, a private investment firm focused on supporting established small businesses.

Founded in 1982 and headquartered in El Paso, Texas, Mid-West is a vertically integrated textile recycling operation that reduces post-consumer waste by efficiently collecting, sorting, and grading donated textiles. These materials are then sold through Mid-West’s U.S. thrift retail network, through its domestic wholesale division, and to international markets.
