It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Sandra (Sandy) Oberhand, wife of David Oberhand; mother of Mark (Heather) and grandmother of Lindsay and Matthew; mother of Adam and grandmother of Olivia, Logan and Mason; and mother of Erica.

The funeral will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 1:00pm at Temple Beth El, 350 Roxbury Road, Stamford, CT, followed by interment at Beth El Cemetery. The service will be available on livestream: http://www.tbe.org/tbe-live/

Shiva will commence after the burial at the home of David Oberhand, 37 Don Bob Road, Stamford, CT from 3:00-7:00pm, and on Monday and Tuesday from 4:00-8:00pm. A shiva minyan will be held on Sunday at 4:00pm and on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00pm.

May God comfort the mourners among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
