We're updating our church records to comply with our diocesan and national church reporting responsibilities. Please click the link below to fill out a short survey about your baptism, confirmation, and church affiliation.
Parish Register Survey
Please resubmit the survey for each person in your household; after you submit your own survey simply open the link again and complete it with the next family member's information.
The deadline to complete the survey is July 31.
If you wish to share this information over the phone instead, please contact the church office at 920-734-3656. Your personal information is for All Saints records and only total counts are shared in diocese and national church reports.
Thank you for helping us submit more accurate parish register reports!
| | The parish office will be closed on Friday, July 4. | | In July and August we'll have one Sunday morning service at 9:30am, plus a Sunday evening service at 6:30pm. The regular 8:30 and 10:30 service times will resume in September. The last Sunday of each month (7/27 and 8/31) will be a spoken service. | |
Despite the heat and the wind, Fox Valley Pride on June 21 was a great success! Many thanks to everyone who came out to help with our booth: Fr. Christopher Wilkerson, the Gilbert family, Carol Jegen, Chris and Dan Mitchell, Ruth Ring, and Tina Wilfer. Over 3,000 people attended, and a number of them made a point of thanking us for being there. The free ice water at our table was a big draw!
More photos from the event are posted on the Diocese of Wisconsin's website as part of their weekly highlighting of events from around the diocese.
| | Spring Ingathering Update | Thank you to our parish for their generous donations to World Relief Wisconsin! Donations by parishioners, which included 2 box fans, numerous items to create "employment kits" (including lunchboxes, water bottles, mints, umbrellas, day planners, and more), and over $800 in gift cards, were delivered to the Fox Valley office on July 1st. These gifts will support immigrant and refugee families here in the Fox Valley. Thank you! | |

My dear family in Christ,
Next Sunday, we change to our summer worship schedule: a single morning service at 9:30, and a brand new Sunday evening service at 6:30. We understand, and deeply regret, that the change will be a hardship for some of you -- thank you for bearing with us through this month and next. But we also hope that as many of you as are able will take advantage of this opportunity to reconnect with your brothers and sisters from “the other service” as we all come together at the same time for these combined services.
I am particularly excited, though, for our new, experimental evening service. We’re hoping to try a number of new things … and indeed this service may be a bit different week to week as we discover what works best. But today I wanted to share with you the theme that I hope will run through all of the evening services. It’s a line that comes from an old hymn … that ended up being reused by one of my favorite rock bands back in the ’90s: “Lay down your burdens by the riverside.”
My hope is that, whatever the details of these services, the atmosphere and community that we create will put us all at ease and give us an opportunity to come together and, at least for a few minutes, lay our heavy burdens at the foot of the Cross of Jesus Christ. I’m really looking forward to encountering Jesus with you all in new ways as we seek refuge from the many storms that beset us at present.
Please consider making this new evening service a part of your worship and devotion at the start of your week. Hope to see y’all there this Sunday!
Peace & blessings,
Christopher+

Parish Register - we need your input! We’re updating our parish records to provide more accurate reports to the diocese and our national church. We are seeking clarity about how many people at All Saints have been baptized and confirmed, if there is interest to be baptized or confirmed, and how you are currently affiliated with our parish. Please look for an email from All Saints and complete the survey for each person in your household.
Online ministry presence, new diocesan report The livestream of the 10:30 Sunday service has become an established element of our parish life, and an established ministry supported by volunteers. (Please say thank you to this small team of volunteers who help the wider world enter our sanctuary!) The Diocese of Wisconsin is now documenting the number of people who attend worship online, collecting this data from churches around the diocese who provide an online worship experience. Each Sunday, our ushers count both the number of people in the pews and the number of people present on the livestream broadcast. (Please say thank you to our dedicated team of ushers who provide help and hospitality!) New this fall, we’ll have an updated card for ushers to record those in-person and online attendance to provide this data to our diocese. I am grateful for the foresight and commitment of time, talent, and treasure allocated by the All Saints vestry in 2020 and 2021 to install the technology to make this happen. It truly has become an entry point for visitors to observe and engage with us before they walk through our doors.
Looking for a summer project? There is parish-wide interest in making our Chalkboard Prayers board more visible than just Saturday mornings during the Farmer’s Market traffic. I’m seeking help to build a simple board placed in the lawn next to the Drew Street entrance as a seasonal installation. I need a post-hole digger, a board painted with chalkboard paint, a frame to hold everything together, and a volunteer(s) to construct it. Please consider helping this passive ministry effort that shows passers-by that prayer is present here, and they are welcome to participate. I believe this is a small-church ministry that suits us very well and am encouraged to hear how folks are talking about this effort and are proud of it.
ESTHER representation Our ESTHER membership included two requests from the organization. That we have a core team of three to engage in activity and follow ESTHER news and share it with the congregation, plus supply a board member. If you have interest to join this community advocacy effort, please see me, Julie Holly or Peggy Garefino.
Blessings board To acknowledge and celebrate the many good things happening at All Saints, vestry member Cherie Krynock-Morris has set up a beautiful board in the hallway to share the giving spirit with all. Check it out and add a note! The original plan was to leave it up for June as part of our Appreciation Sunday celebration on June 2, but there have been several requests to leave it up and add to it. Please add your own notes of thanks and acknowledge your blessings!

Update on the Davies Family
Having spoken with Tommy and Julia Davies on Sunday, June 29th, they have asked me to share this update with their All Saints Episcopal Church Family.
To begin with, little Rosemary Grace is progressing amazingly well. She is keeping her food down, her weight is going up and her strength is improving! Rosemary has one remaining big surgery which is scheduled for tomorrow, July 3rd at 9:30 AM! Recovery time needed after this surgery is unknown, but with continued prayers, they are hopeful that Rosemary will heal quickly.
One other update is they are currently seeking an apartment that will better meet their growing family’s needs. Prayers are requested that they will find the perfect place soon, as their current lease expires the end of July. May our gracious God bless them with success in this effort. For the record, I assured Julia and Tommy that many parishioners of ASEC likely be willing to step up and help in any way we are able when moving day arrives!
Please keep this family in prayer!
