We’ve got VIDEO!
This week on Trigger Warning , things get delightfully unhinged with guest Gideon Glick
We laugh. We spiral. We overshare. We absolutely solve nothing.
It’s smart, it’s chaotic, it’s mildly inappropriate — just how we like it.
New episode out now. Find Trigger Warning wherever you get your favorite pods. But you really should watch it on YouTube!

This just in! We've released two more casitas for purchase!
----------------------------------------------
Most people look at this wrong.
They compare price per m².
They compare it to other properties.
That’s not what this is competing with.
Casa Oasis isn’t trying to be another project in Zipolite.
It’s building something that most projects don’t even attempt:
A place people actually come for - not just stay at.
That matters more than people think.
Because demand doesn’t come from walls and finishes.
It comes from:
• What’s happening on-site
• Who’s behind it
• And whether people have a reason to be there
This is where the difference is.
• Built by Daniel Nardicio and Adam Klesh - promoters with real reach
• Event-driven concept designed to create consistent activity
• Amenities that support it: bar, restaurant, pool, gym, sauna, programming
• Optional centralized rental structure
• Limited inventory in a market that’s still early
That combination is rare here.
And it’s what can drive both usage and rental performance over time.
If you’re just looking for a property, this isn’t for you.
If you understand positioning, it’s worth a closer look.

The Ice Palace is proud to bring you
Sister Helen Holy's Sunday Church Bingo
Sun, May 24 @ 1:00 PM
In 1990, Paul J. began working on a character which eventually became Sister Helen Holy. Taking on the sensibility of Paul J’s Southern Baptist upbringing, Sister Helen also benefits from Paul J’s uncanny improvisational skills. Frequently misconstrued as a Catholic nun, due to the “Sister” title, Helen is quick to point out that, as a member of the First Southern Fried Self-Satisfied Baptist Church, her “Babatist” faith is the only true religion anyway. A mix of music, news, scripture interpretation, special guests and audience interaction, the show is a hit with audiences. PRAISE BE! This is Sister Helen's first time performing on Fire Island
Audience is strongly encourage to wear their Sunday Church hats.
Lest you be REBUKED!
Hallelujah!

Varla Jean Merman — The Drowsy Chappell Roan
After spending a year tagging herself in thousands of Instagram photos, international drag chanteuse Varla Jean Merman recently discovered she had confused herself with Grammy Award–winning pop sensation Chappell Roan.
With the feminomenon’s gigantic red hair, over-the-top costumes, and saucy songs, Varla realizes Roan — along with every other current pop princess — has clearly been ripping her off this whole time.
Despite her chronic lethargy and low blood sugar, Varla sets out to reheat the hits of Chappell Roan, Dua Lipa, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, Doechii, and Miley Cyrus. Can Varla reclaim her rightful place atop the pop charts alongside her so-called “colleagues”?
Good luck, babe.
