Sea Pines CSA Administration Office Update

We’re pleased to share that the main lobby and reception area of our Administration Building has been reorganized to provide all customer service operations in one centralized location.

The centralized services include:

  • Community Connections Center (previously named Security Administration Department)
  • Community Standards Support
  • Architectural Review Board (ARB) Administration
  • Six Oaks Cemetery Administration

The new ARB space is currently under construction, and the office relocation from the back of the administration building to the front will be completed once renovations are finished. In the meantime, ARB staff member Brian Rabon is available in the Main Lobby to assist property owners and applicants.

The administration office will remain open during this transition period, and we look forward to welcoming you to our improved facility!
