Uniform Ordering

Year 2 of Our Two-Year Cycle

Academy, Premier, and National Program players are required to purchase the official club uniform kit. We're currently in Year 2 of our two-year cycle, with costs typically ranging from $300–$450 depending on program and sizing. If your player already has all required items, no new order is needed, though additional or replacement pieces can be ordered anytime during the season.

Ordering

Academy and National Program families should have already received an ordering email from soccer.com (check spam/junk if you don't see it). Premier players should receive an email from soccer.com by the end of next week. Still missing the email after that? Reach out to info@bavarianunited.com.

Deadline

Order by July 4 to receive uniforms before the season starts (typical turnaround is about two weeks). Orders placed after July 4 may take 4–6 weeks.

Required Items

New players must purchase everything marked with a red "Required" label on the soccer.com ordering page. Players moving from the Premier program to National program need to purchase the National program's home and away jerseys (different sponsor). The Black Fresh t-shirt serves as the National Program travel shirt for both the MLS NEXT Homegrown and Academy Divisions.

Player Numbers

Numbers are club-assigned and will appear in your soccer.com email and ordering page.

Note: Recreational uniforms are included in registration and will be distributed by coaches before the first games in the fall.

Watch Party #3 & Gruber Family Fundraiser

Saturday, June 27

Bavarian Bierhaus

We invite all of Bavs Nation to join us for a special World Cup Watch Party and fundraiser in support of the Gruber family following the tragic passing of our U9 Girls Academy Coach, Nate Gruber.

This day is about more than soccer. It is an opportunity for our club community to come together and show our love, support, and compassion for the Gruber family as they navigate an incredibly difficult time.

Throughout the day, we will hold raffles featuring donations from Adidas, Soccer.com, The Nomad Pub, Bavarian United, the Bavarian Bierhaus, and other generous supporters in our soccer community.

Match Schedule

• 4:00 PM – England vs. Panama
• 4:00 PM – Croatia vs. Ghana
• 6:30 PM – Colombia vs. Portugal

All proceeds from the raffle will go directly toward supporting the Gruber family.

We are currently seeking additional raffle items and donations. If you or your business would like to contribute merchandise, gift certificates, experiences, services, or other items, we would be incredibly grateful for your support.

The strength of Bavarian United has always been our people. In difficult times, our club comes together, supports one another, and shows what it truly means to be part of Bavs Nation.

We hope you will join us on June 27 to honor Nate's memory and provide meaningful support to his family.

Thank you for your generosity, compassion, and continued commitment to our Bavarian United family.

Go Bavs!

Volunteering

Earn Your Club Dues Refund

Bavarian United relies on volunteers to keep membership and playing costs affordable for all families. Opportunities are available throughout the season, including recreational coach, assistant recreational coach, team manager, concession stand, festivals, fall and spring clean-up, open house, tryouts, subcommittees, social media content, and more.

Volunteer opportunities for the 2026-2027 season will be posted on our website and shared regularly in upcoming newsletters, so be sure to check both for the latest openings.

Refund Amounts

• Recreational Program: $125 per family
• Academy/Premier/National Programs: $175 per player

Required Hours

• Recreational Program: 4 hours per family
• Academy/Premier/National Programs: 4 hours per player

Refund Policy

Families with multiple players must complete the required hours for each player to qualify, and partial refunds are not issued. Coaches, team managers, and subcommittee members must complete WYSA Risk Management before receiving a refund. Refunds are processed twice per season, typically in December and July, and will not be issued after July for the completed season.

How Refunds Are Issued

Your refund method depends on the timing of your most recent payment. If your last payment was made more than 90 days ago, you'll receive a check by mail. If you have an active payment plan, your remaining installments will be adjusted to reflect the refund. If your last payment was made within the last 90 days, the refund will go to your credit card on file. Unique payment configurations may receive a combination of these methods.

All refunds are tracked and reconciled manually by administrative staff to ensure accuracy. If you believe you've completed your volunteer hours but haven't received your refund, contact us at info@bavarianunited.com.
