May 2022 | Early Childhood Advocate Updates
Beginning in July 2023, all Colorado children will be entitled to 10 free hours per week of voluntary preschool the year before they enter kindergarten.

The establishment of universal preschool is an incredible opportunity for children, families, and providers that must be capitalized upon. This program will not only expand access for 4 year old's but can serve as a catalyst to transform Colorado’s entire early childhood system.

Your feedback on the development of universal preschool is crucial. Weld County’s Early Childhood Council will share your voice.

Survey results will be tallied on a rolling basis over the next few months.

By completing a survey you will be entered into a drawing to win gift cards!
