AB 652 (Lee), the landmark bill sponsored by CPR, Pesticide Action Network and Safe Ag Safe Schools, passed the legislature and was today signed into law by Governor Newsom!
AB 652 will establish an environmental justice advisory committee at the Department of Pesticide Regulation, creating more accountability and transparency for communities most impacted by pesticide exposure.
