A Personal Update from the Grace Harbor Family

Dear Friends,

We wanted to share a small update from our family.

Many of you know Tim and Grace personally, and over the past several weeks Tim has been facing some unexpected health challenges. He is currently recovering at home after a serious infection that required hospitalization and ongoing daily antibiotic treatments.

The recovery process has been slow and difficult, and Tim is using a wheelchair for now while his body heals. Grace has also been carrying a heavy load caring for him day to day.

Thankfully, they are surrounded by family and friends who are helping with daily appointments and the many small needs that come with recovery.

Even during this difficult season, Grace Harbor continues to move forward. Tim and Grace built this company to help people, and that mission hasn’t changed.

We are grateful for every one of you who has supported this small family business over the years.

A Few Improvements to the Website

Over the past few months I’ve spent quite a bit of time behind the scenes working on the Grace Harbor website, trying to make it simpler and easier to use.

Our MSM Cream catalog had slowly grown over the years, and it was starting to feel a little confusing to navigate. So we recently simplified things by organizing the cream into three main products:

• Extra Strength MSM Cream

• Original MSM Cream

• Fragrance Free MSM Cream

From there, you can now simply choose the size you prefer and whether you want a single jar or the Buy 2 Get 1 Free bundle.

We also added options for our new refill pouches, which many customers have been asking for, especially for those larger 32-ounce glass jars.

Another small change we made was adjusting the pricing on our most popular size so it now automatically includes free shipping, which makes ordering a little simpler.

My goal with these changes has been straightforward — to make it easier to find your favorite product and reorder when you need it.

And as always, if you ever have suggestions for how we can improve the website or make things easier, I’d truly love to hear from you.
