We wanted to take a moment to thank you for adding your co-curricular experiences to the Spartan Experience Record platform! Your SER could be used to highlight your skills and learning, reflect your unique experiences, and support your goals. Currently, over 20,000 students have documented at least one co-curricular experience! Please continue to use the SER platform and Opportunities Catalog for the upcoming year! Request Your SER before July 29!

The Registrar’s Office transcript request process and the Spartan Experience Record (SER) are moving to new platforms, respectively. To support our transitions, requests for current SER records will be temporarily paused beginning July 29, 2026, and will remain into the early fall semester.

If you'd like a copy of your current record for employment, graduate school, scholarships, or your personal files, submit your request before July 29.

Thank you for your patience as we prepare an enhanced SER experience for Spartans. 

Whether you are on-campus or off-campus for the summer, you are eligible for this giveaway! Once you have submitted your request, email mystory@msu.edu with the word "Done" on the subject line. Best of luck!

Your Spartan Experience is yours to share endlessly!

Your SER can be requested indefinitely but please note that you only have 6 months AFTER graduation to make changes to the document.
