Happening in Someplace Special
The News & Notes You Need to Know About
| | The City Commission held a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 14 at 6:30 PM at City Hall located at 9090 SW 50th Place. If you missed the meeting, please click on the link below to read a recap. | | |
As we roll out a registration process, we would like to help residents who own a boat, recreational vehicle (RV), or commercial vehicle be aware of the requirements outlined in City Code Section 25-10.
These regulations are in place to help maintain neighborhood safety and appearance, particularly when these vehicles are stored on residential properties. In certain cases, such as when a boat, RV, or commercial vehicle extends above a six-foot privacy fence, registration with the City is required on an annual basis. Registration can be completed online. Please note, new users will need to create an account when visiting the registration portal.
Our Code Enforcement team is available to assist residents through the process and answer any questions by calling 954-432-9000, Option #3.
