The employee owners of I.T. Landes have worked hard to grow our commercial mechanical contracting business and our residential plumbing, HVAC, and fuel delivery services. This has led to some public confusion about which types of customers we serve. I.T. Landes Home Service Team was born out of a desire to focus on and exceptionally serve our residential customers in our neighborhoods and communities. Our refreshed look provides clarity for our homeowners in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Our tagline message of “Homes Serviced Better” is more than a marketing tactic. It means that we intend to deliver a WOW experience and continue to earn your trust for your home comfort needs. Because we are employee owned, it means that when we serve you, we are taking care of our families too. It’s how you know we are committed to getting the job done right!
