Hi Bill,

As an Insurance Advisor, my role is to make sure that you have access to the most suitable and cost effective plans at all times. Below you will find important insurance information. Open Enrollment Begins on November 1st

The 2025 Personal ACA/Marketplace Open Enrollment period will begin on November 1st, 2024 and end on January 15th, 2025.

There will be 9 ACA/Marketplace providers in GA: Aetna, Alliant, Ambetter, Anthem BC/BS, CareSource, Cigna, Kaiser, Oscar Health and United Healthcare. These plans will be limited to HMO provider networks.

GA residents will now be using a new website, gaaccess.gov. This will replace healthcare.gov. Our quoting and enrollment process will redirect you to the new website, as it has in the past.

To view all of the plans, rates and calculate if you are eligible for a tax credit (subsidy), click the button below.

If you need to update your existing account or change insurance providers. Please submit a new application directly through www.georgiaaccess.gov, and enter my name, William Neglia and NPN, 2220457 when asked if you are working with an agent. This will allow me to continue to be your servicing agent. As always, there is never a fee for my services!

The 2025 rates and plan benefit options will be available for viewing in a few weeks.

Please call or email me with questions and to discuss your options for the coming year.

Non-ACA Medical plans are still available

There are several Non-ACA/Marketplace PPO Major Medical plans that are available on a year round basis.

These plans can be anywhere from 25 to 55 percent less expensive than ACA plans while also providing better coverage for accidental injuries and a larger National health care provider network. Limited medical underwriting is required to qualify for these plans. Some coverage exclusions and limitations may apply.

Ask us how these alternative plans may be a more suitable and cost effective alternative to ACA plans.

Affordable Legal and Identity Theft Protection

Effective with new applications dated on or after September 1st, Short Term Major Medical plans can only be purchased for a maximum term of 4 months. Many of our clients have locked in their plans prior to that for up to 36 months are not affected by this legislative change. For people who only need a bridge policy, Short Term Major Medical plans can still be a very good option!

Contact me for a "no obligation" insurance consultation and quote or if you want more information about our very affordable legal and ID protection services.

Best regards,

Bill Neglia
