The ReMarks
April 08, 2026
| | When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors were locked where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” 20 After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord. 21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” 22 When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.” | | |
He rose in gentle morning air, love standing where fear had been.
The tomb now tells a brighter truth: life has the final word.
He has risen.
Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ.

| | Opportunities for Service in Worship | | Are you looking for opportunities to fulfill the Methodist vow to fully participate in the ministries of the church by your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your service, and your witness? The Worship Team and Altar Guild would love to hear from you. Members of these teams serve, prepare and provide support for Saint Mark as ushers, greeters, acolytes, crucifers, and Communion servers, and also help with other special services and events. If you are interested in exploring how you can help, please contact Russell McKinney, Worship Chair, or the Church office. No experience is necessary, training for tasks will be provided, and the time commitment is flexible. This is an excellent way to feel more engaged with the life and ministries of Saint Mark. If you can help, please let us know and we will contact you! | | Wednesday Night Fellowship | | |
