Mitzi brings a wealth of experience to Exsurco where her responsibilities include conducting in-services, delivering training programs, and providing product support for the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in hospitals and burn centers. Her focus is to ensure providers get the best experience possible while utilizing Exsurco Medical surgical devices.

No stranger to the OR, Mitzi spent over 18+ years Certified Surgical Technologist in dermatology and has prior experience in using dermatomes. She recently completed the Orthopedic & Medical Device Sales program at Medical Sales College. She’s excited to bring her OR experience with innovative surgical technology — supporting surgical teams and delivering meaningful impact to patients and their families alike.

Mitzi enjoys taking advantage of the live music and festival scene in Austin, listening to live music and visiting festivals. In her free time, she enjoys family life and hanging with her dog, Luna. She is dedicated to her children, who remain her greatest “why.” 

Tig joined Exsurco eager to deliver exceptional product support and provide her customers with top-tier service. Her responsibilities also include conducting evaluations and support activities regarding maintenance of the Amalgatome SD and Mesh|EX in surgery settings and burn centers. Her focus is providing hands-on support in the operating room during excision and skin grafting procedures.

Prior to joining Exsurco, Tig worked in organ and tissue donation coordinating organ donation and as a kidney perfusionist. She also has experience in Mohs, grafting and plastics as a surgical medical assistant in dermatology. Tig earned a bachelor’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, hiking, golfing, reading, and word searches.You can find her enjoying time with friends, family and her Doberman, Duke, on the weekends.
