Great ADK Race Update: Based on lower-than-anticipated enrollment and feedback regarding the timing and schedule, we postponed this year’s Great ADK Race at the Notch until June 2027. We truly appreciate everyone’s interest and support. Planning is already underway to restructure the race as a one-day event in June 2027, and we’ll announce the new date soon. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to bringing the race back next year!

Refunds have been processed for everyone who registered for this year’s event.

A Note About Our Mail

For those who may have been aware that Friends of Camp Little Notch had been experiencing some issues with mail delivery, we’re happy to report that the situation has been resolved. Mail is once again being delivered to our PO Box as it comes in.

A special thank-you to Kelly Hart, who recently spent a lot of time working to help resolve the issue, and to U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and her constituent services team for stepping in and working with the U.S. Postal Service on our behalf.

We’re grateful for their time, persistence, and assistance in getting things back on track. Thank you to everyone who reached out, helped troubleshoot, or patiently waited while we worked through the issue!

GivingTuesday 2026 is December 1, and once again, we're inviting the Camp Little Notch community to celebrate this global day of generosity by supporting the place we all care about.

Camp Little Notch is more than 443 acres of Adirondack woods, trails, and waterfront. It's a place where people find belonging, adventure, community, and connection and where memories made years ago continue to bring people back today.

This year, your Giving Tuesday gift can go twice as far.

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of CLN Board and sponsors who believe in the mission of Camp Little Notch, every dollar donated on Giving Tuesday will be matched dollar for dollar, up to a total match of $40,000.

That means your $50 gift can become $100. Your $250 gift can become $500. And together, our community can give the 2026 Year-End Appeal a powerful start.

Whether you've been coming to camp for decades, discovered CLN more recently, or simply believe in preserving this extraordinary place for future generations, Giving Tuesday is a chance to be part of something bigger than any one of us.

Fall Stewards Weekend

Oct 16-18 at Camp Little Notch

It’s time to gather our CLN community and put Camp Little Notch to bed for the winter!

Join us for Fall Stewards Weekend—a rewarding mix of meaningful work, good food, laughter, and camp camaraderie. We’ll be taking down tents, packing up buildings, winterizing what we can, and tackling all those end-of-season jobs that help prepare CLN for its winter rest.

Bring your friends and family and come for the whole weekend, a single day, or even just a few hours. Every helping hand makes a difference! Spend a fall weekend working hard, eating well, laughing with friends, and soaking up one last taste of camp before winter.

Please register so we know who’s coming and can plan meals and supplies.

Looking for some Camp Little Notch to take home? We still have a good selection of our newest merch available at camp (baseball hats, green aluminum water bottles, black mugs with indigo interior, furnace canvas tote bags, stickers, keychains, magnets) alongside some returning favorites (CLN t-shirts in dark green and white, forest green hoodies, black knit hats). All proceeds from these sales support Friends of Camp Little Notch.

If you want to purchase some CLN merch, please email Leslie with your order by October 15 and your items will be ready to pickup at camp on Saturday, October 17 during Fall Stewards Weekend, while supplies last.

Have you ever thought about getting more involved in the future of Camp Little Notch? We’re looking for dedicated, engaged individuals to join our working Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning March 2027.

We’re seeking people with diverse perspectives, professional expertise, leadership experience, and a genuine commitment to the mission of Camp Little Notch. Whether your experience is in finance, fundraising, land management, forestry, construction and infrastructure, camp operations, marketing, technology, communications, database management, event operations, or another area that could help move CLN forward, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, bring your ideas and expertise, and help shape the future of this grassroots organization—while helping ensure that Camp Little Notch remains a place where people can find connection, adventure, and their place in the woods.

Applications for the 2027–2029 Board are due by November 1, 2026.
