Party With The Animals

We’re planning an awesome Brew at the Zoo on September 21, from 4-7 (VIP is 3-7) with drinks (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options), live music, food trucks, and keeper chats. Like last year, there will be an After Party from 7-9 with Blammo! You can also buy a cool Brew shirt this year.

Prices are the same as last year, and VIP is already sold out! General admission is $50 and the general admission designated driver is $25. Get unlimited samples and a sampling cup, plus unlimited train and carousel rides with your Brew GA ticket. The After Party is also included with all admission levels!

Fall Classes Open Now

Enjoy learning something new at the Zoo! We have fall classes coming up for all ages!

Tiny Explorer classes are designed for a preschool child and adult to experience together. This fall, it’s all about different diets. Animal Insights is designed for children in grades K-1. We’ll be studying tortoises, rhinos, and alpacas. Amazing Adaptations is for children in grades 2-3. It’ll take a closer look at interesting body features. A Day in the Life is a class for grades 4-6. Participants will learn about being zoo keepers. And we have home school classes for children ages 6-8 and 9-12. Check out the curriculum focuses on our website!

Zoo Member Morning

Zoo Member mornings will start back up next June!

New Baby Alert!

We were so happy to welcome a brand new two-toed sloth baby on July 29 from mom Tofu and dad Lola. Although sloth dads don’t have anything to do with raising their young, sloth babies will stay with their moms for six months to a year. We don’t know the sex of this baby yet, but we’re pleased that it seems to be a healthy, strong little one. The baby and Tofu can be seen in the Learning Center.
