2023-2024 District 22 Incentive Mailing | |
|
I have received word that some of the envelopes mailed out in August / September have been charged an extra fee. At least one envelope was refused by the addressee.
As incentives were not mailed out last year, this is a new experience for the current Trio. All incentives were mailed out from a USPS Post Office with their direction. We are just as surprised as you are that another USPS Post Office would charge an additional shipping and handling fee.
If you were charged a fee and would like a refund, we can only do that with a valid receipt from the USPS. If you have access to Concur from Toastmasters International, an expense report can be placed there for approval.
If you do not have that Concur access, requests with a valid receipt should be sent to the District's gmail. Any emailed receipt should be a clear and readable copy.
If you refused the envelope, we will not remail it. Instead we will attempt to deliver this incentive to you at an upcoming District 22 sponsored, in-person event.
All incentives are mailed to the address the member has on file with Toastmasters International at the time of mailing.
Please let the Trio know, by emailing the District's gmail, if there are any additional questions.

Regards,
David Wootan, DTM
