The middle portion, which is the most historic, is being carefully renovated to maintain it's historic charm while showcasing some of the original building materials and amenities. However, a new story has just come out of the Green Park Inn. WBTV aired a segment explaining that all of the furniture, fixtures, and linens have been donated to organizations that are helping residents recover from Hurricane Helene.
