Member Update to Online Payment Processing
To ensure more of our resources go directly toward member programming and services, we are updating how online payments are processed through our portal.
When making online credit card, debit card, or ACH payments, you will now see a flat 5% Platform Service Fee itemized at checkout. This transparent service charge allows us to offset digital processing expenses and keep core dues and registration costs down.
-
Example: On a $100 invoice, a transparent $5.00 service fee will appear at checkout.
-
Prefer to avoid the fee? You can always pay your balance directly by check or cash.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we make this transition. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions!
