Trunk or Treat is Coming!

Saturday October 24th from 5-7pm

It's almost time for Trunk or Treat again! We are partnering with Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church to provide trunks and candy. We need at least 20 trunks for this year, as well as candy to support our trunks. Please see the link below to sign up for a trunk.

**We only need a few more trunks, please consider signing up!!**

Candy Donations Needed for Trunk or Treat - Last Week to Donate!!

As part of our participation in Trunk or Treat, we provide additional candy for the individuals/families who have signed up for trunks. We need about 800 pieces of candy per trunk. We have over 15 trunks and we are well short of candy needed for that amount of trunks. Please consider donating candy to help make this a successful event! Every little bit helps!

**Candy donations can be dropped off in the marked bin in Hanberry Hall through Friday, October 23rd.**

We also use this candy to fill our college care packs that go out in November to all our college students. They look forward to these treats & gifts of love every year!

Stewardship Intents for 2027

We give thanks to God by giving thanks to you for your ongoing support of sharing the gospel at Trinity and to the community. Through your generosity, God continues to use God's people at Trinity to do the work of God's kingdom! You may use the link below to complete your intentions for how you will support the ministry and mission of Trinity by sharing your time, talent and financial resources. You may also bring your form on Sunday and place in the baskets during offering.

All Saints Sunday

For Lutherans, All Saints resonates with the conviction that in Christ every saint is a sinner and every sinner a saint, "simul justus et peccator." Lutherans especially remember on this feast that it is God’s grace, apart from our works, that makes us saints. We find lasting rest only in the mercy of God.

Name Submission for Morning Worship:

Please send names of loved ones who have died within the last year that you would like recognized at our November 1st All Saints service to Kristy at kristy.perkins@tlc-lilburn.org by Thursday, October 29th at 3:00pm. Any Trinity members that have died in the last year will be automatically added to the list.

Share Table for the Holidays

The share table is back up in Hanberry Hall. It is all things holidays from Fall-Christmas. Bring items for the table if you would like to share them and feel free to take items as desired.

Are Any of These Yours??

We have a number of jackets and sweaters as well as dishes and pots that have been left at Trinity. They will be on a table outside the sanctuary for the next couple of weeks to be picked up. Otherwise, they will be donated to the Lilburn Co-op.

Reformation Concert Series

Friday, October 30, 2026 7:30 pm

Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 731 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta will host Echoing Air, an Indianapolis-based vocal ensemble with Baroque instruments. “A Mighty Fortress” is an inspiring concert of music showcasing the music of 16th to early 18th century Lutheran composers. This program vividly portrays the Lutheran ideals of forging a personal connection with God and the growing prominence of the German vernacular language in sacred music. Join us as we bring to life the works of Heinrich Schütz, Johannn Schein, Dieterich Buxtehude, Vincert Lübeck, Johann Rosenmüller, Johann Fischer and Dietrich Becker in a harmonious celebration of this rich musical tradition. Admission and parking are free, and a reception will follow the concert.

Ways to Give

Given the issues with the USPS recently, we wanted to touch on ways to give to the church online. If you prefer to give to the church via check, please bring it on Sunday and place in the offering plate, or drop off in the church office during business hours.

  • Use Simply Giving, an automated giving program. Download enrollment form and return to the office.

  • Send money via Zelle. Add recipient Trinity Lutheran Church with the email ap@tlc-lilburn.org. Use the memo line to indicate what/why you are giving to the church.

Please contact Kristy Perkins at kristy.perkins@tlc-lilburn.org if you have any questions or concerns.
