SLYC VIRTUAL AUCTION: IT'S ON!

Indirectly linked to the Golf Tournament and the SLYC Dinner Dance (see reminder below) to raise money for our community club, we're back with our annual SLYC virtual auction!

To give you an early taste of the action, first up on the auction block are tickets to this year's Canadian Open tennis tourney, hosted at Sobeys Stadium in Toronto!

Bidding is now open on two Platinum tickets for the following dates:

  • Thursday, August 10: Day session (10am-5pm); value: $610/pair
  • Thursday, August 10: Evening session (5pm-10:30pm); value: $670/pair
  • Friday, August 11: Evening session (5pm-10:30pm); value: $810/pair

Place your bids here: https://app.galabid.com/slycauctcanadianopen/items. Bidding on these items closes at 5pm on Friday, August 4.

Thank you to the Walter Family for their generous donation of these amazing tickets!

On a related note, if you have any auction-worthy items you would like to donate to this year's event, we would gladly welcome them! If you have any sports tickets (Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays, TFC, Argos, etc.), these are always in high demand.

We'd also welcome any creative experiential offerings — maybe you have a sailboat to skipper, a condo to share, a cooking class to offer, or some fancy wine to contribute.

If you have an item or two to put forward, please reach out directly to Richard Tattersall (richard@heathbridge.com), Bethany Chittick (slycinfo@gmail.com or 705-772-6716) or Louise Sugar (louisesugar1@gmail.com).

Stay tuned for more auction action!
