Dear Friends,
We hope this message finds you well and thriving.
To repair the world is to recognize that what we hold within us longs to be shared, and to offer only what supports the well-being of others.
June Focus: Tikkun Olam — Sacred Repair Through Fullness
As we arrive at the Summer Solstice, we stand at a powerful threshold, the moment when light reaches its peak. This is the full inhale of the year - a pause at fullness.
Tikkun Olam is a Hebrew phrase often translated as “repairing the world.” It's not a call to fix everything, but an invitation to participate: gently, personally, meaningfully. It begins with a quiet recognition that we have been given something - breath, resilience, care, insight, presence - and from that fullness, something within us naturally wants to move outward.
Tikkun Olam reminds us: fullness brings responsibility, not dominance. Not pressure, but participation.
At this time of abundant light, we are invited to ask: From all that I hold…what is mine to offer?
This month, we gather to Drop Into our Best Self through reflection, embodiment, and conscious offering.
Radiate from Within
Join us for a meaningful and uplifting online gathering where we will explore:
- What it means to give from fullness rather than depletion
- How abundance lives within us as breath, energy, and presence
- Guided meditation and reflection rooted in the metaphor of the full inhale
- A creative experiential practice that transforms inner abundance into outward offering
- How small, intentional acts become meaningful forms of repair
The Sun Within our Practice
Through a simple and powerful visual exercise, you will:
- Identify what feels abundant within you
- Notice where repair is needed in your world
- Draw connections between your inner resources and outer needs
- Define small, meaningful ways you can offer something of yourself
- The circle becomes a sun, and what you hold begins to radiate outward.
What to Expect
- Expect grounding
- Expect reflection
- Expect a sense of spaciousness and possibility
Through breath, guided meditation, and shared presence, you will be invited to pause in the fullness of this moment and gently explore how giving can feel natural, sustainable, and aligned.
Why Join?
- Feel more connected to your inner sense of abundance
- Experience generosity as something that flows, rather than depletes
- Discover meaningful ways to contribute without overwhelm
- Reframe “repairing the world” as something personal and accessible
Tikkun Olam reminds us: we do not repair the world all at once; we participate in its healing, one small offering at a time.
We would be honored to gather with you. Come as you are, and drop into your best self.
Warmly,
Dr. Erica Warren and Scott Plate
