And, how can technology help you in the supply chain? In this session, we will describe how businesses should utilize AI and what is involved in the start and implementation of AI.

She will explain what you need to build customized AI products to fit your business needs and use cases. A design thinking approach in product development is at the core, focusing on how we Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.

She will wrap up the session with how AI can be leveraged in the supply chain.
