Cabarrus Libraries help you 'Unearth a Story' this summer

Ready to dig into a good story? The Cabarrus County Public Library System's Summer Reading Program is underway and continues through Aug. 1, with participants able to log reading time and complete activities through Aug. 15.

This year's theme, "Unearth a Story," encourages readers of all ages to explore archaeology, magic and the joy of discovering hidden stories through special presenters, staff-led programs, hands-on activities and reading challenges. From dinosaur digs and ancient civilizations to crafts, genealogy programs and family entertainment, there's something for everyone.
