Facilitation skills are essential to make it easier for you with any endeavor in which others are involved. They are about ‘how to’ work with others in a productive way. They focus on developing your people skills to perform your best helping any business / organization thrive.
Facilitation skills are an essential competency in all careers, whether you lead meetings remotely or in-person, are an analyst, a Scrum Master, an Agile Product Owner, an Agile team member, a Project Manager, a Consultant, a business owner, others… They help when working with others through effective active listening and questioning skills, through thought-processes that solve problems, with problem people and ‘how to’ form teams for better results.
Our attendees have gone on to be CEOs, CIOs, business owners, and leaders.
At MGR Consulting / Gary Rush Facilitation™, we continue to practice and teach these essential skills through our FoCuSeD™ Facilitator training. In our classes, you will develop and practice these essential skills whether in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid situations. You leave our class with valuable people and process skills that can be applied in business and in life... You will receive a comprehensive reference Guide, written by Gary Rush, IAF CPF | Master, sharing his experiences facilitating and training others, that will help you retain what you learn.

I founded MGR Consulting in 1985, a learning and collaborative leadership development consulting firm, and used my subject matter expertise about group facilitation and designed, developed, and taught the first structured facilitation-training program - FAST. In 2007, I then revolutionized my facilitation-training program with FoCuSeD™ - the 1st Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique - by being the first to see and describe how People and Process skills can be seamlessly integrated to drive consensus-based decisions.
I develop, conduct, and deliver learning programs with FoCuSeD™guide books that train employees and improve their job performance to work with a group to produce better outcomes - online, in-person, virtual, and on-site. Check out my Train-the-Trainer program to teach our Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique - I want everyone to succeed...
