Hi B-Z Family

We're closing in on our time together so here's my 6 top "for you's" for you to accomplish or to know.



1. We now have a digital link in place that will take you directly to the Rock Springs Registration site where you can register for the reunion and clarify some important choices such as medical needs and specific dietary choices. Just a reminder, though, you will need to register individually for each member of your party that is coming to the reunion. Click here to download a copy of the meal cost/ day pass tool. Registration closes July 10.
2. A family has made available a 2016 Kia Sorrento for use during the reunion. If you are flying in to KCI Airport and could benefit from the use of vehicle, let me (Mark Congrove) know and I will point you in the right direction
3. Attached to this email are forms to return to us confirming your meal selection choices during the reunion.
4. The Fees: This just in!!! An anonymous donor has just communicated with me that "they" are interested in covering the cost of anyone who is interested in participating in the camp's activities... Therefore, there is no cost to you for the activities offered by RSR. Now, don't get confused here. If you are not participating in the camp's activities (swimming, canoeing, etc), then, you still owe us for the usage fee $10.00).
5. It. would be great if each family could bring a photo/photos of their own family for inclusion of what we will call, "The B-Z wall of faith and fame. :-)
6. Just so you know, we do not need any money from you now, but we do need information-- Specifically --- How many meals from the dining hall you want.

For this year's reunion, there will be no activity charge for those interested in participating in RSR'S Activities. An anonymous donor has provided the reunion with this gift, in honor of Kenneth Brenner, who loved this family and the chance to gather every three years. We all say thank you.

Need help registering?

1. You must register for each individual who will be attending the reunion. (Parents register for children or family members who may not have computer access)
2. If you decide you might be able to attend the reunion and would benefit from some financial help, please contact me personally. We'll do our best to to help.
3. You have the opportunity to identify any special considerations or food allergies that may require special meal choices. ( If you sign up for meals).
