The mission of the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry at UUCW is to extend compassionate help in the form of food and other related resources to people in our local area. We are one of the many food pantries supplied by the Worcester County Food Bank. We also accept donations from individuals.

We'll welcome the solstice this through a Finnish Tale which helps us find the returning light. This is a service for all ages! Come prepared to participate! Please CLICK HERE to view the Order of Service.

This Sunday, 4pm Dec 22- we invite all families to attend the 4pm Vespers Service! This is our very special and traditional gathering of our whole community to celebrate the season. There is candlelight, music, the bell choir and a play. All children and adults can take part in the telling of Why the Chimes Rang.

Robin is raffling a heart quilt which she made this year for a benefit fundraiser. UUCW will receive 50% and and 50% will go to another outreach initiative in the city. The tickets are $5 and the raffle will last until Feb 14th or thereabouts.

Join us for the biggest, grandest service of the year! We'll celebrate the season revels-style! With a story for everyone, choirs, bells, soloists, our annual carol sing, and of course candlelight and silent night. Then we will retire to Fellowship Hall for a grand gathering with refreshments and season's greetings for all!

2024 Holiday Vespers Tea Team Sign-up!! Holiday Vespers Tea December 22 (following the 4 pm service) - Plan on enjoying the annual Vespers Tea immediately after the beautiful Vespers service. We will celebrate the holiday season the way our congregation has done it for years.

We gather for this service of readings and carols to claim the spirit of Christmas through well-known stories, songs, and candlelight.
