Have You Completed FACTS Start-of-School Forms for 2025-2026?
FACTS Start-of-School Forms must be updated annually. Visit "Web Forms" under the “School” tab in the sidebar of your FACTS Family Portal (desktop), or click on the “Resources & Forms” icon, then click "Web Forms" in your Hill Country Mobile App. Forms include:
- Student Medical Authorization
- Over-the-Counter Medications
- Emergency Contact
- Pick-up Authorization
Also ensure your contact information (e.g., address, phone number, and email address) are current. Do not add student cell phone numbers in FACTS.

Senior Thesis Judges Pool Now Open

Immunization Reminders
When students turn four, we need an updated immunization record with proof of the four-year-old DTaP, Polio, MMR, and Varicella boosters. For students entering 7th grade for the 2025-2026 school year, we need an updated immunization record with proof of a Tdap and meningitis vaccination. Please send updated records to nurse@hccsa.org.

Medication Forms for the 2025-2026 School Year
Students requiring self-administered medication at school (including Epi-pens and inhalers) or any prescription medication must submit this form annually. Both the doctor and parent must sign the form. Email the nurse for questions.

Congratulations, Gold Star Scripture Winners
Eru Yang, 2nd grade, and 5th graders, Sowon Yang and Lucia Widjaja, are our newest Gold Star Scripture winners! Throughout the year, 1st-5th graders memorize Scripture passages and must recite them all in succession to receive a Gold Star. Well done, Knights!

Join us for Chapel on Wednesdays
Parents are always welcome to attend Elementary and Preschool chapel in the gym on Wednesday mornings. This year’s Elementary chapel will focus on a group of explorers who set out on a quest to grow closer to God and learn about what His commands mean in our life. Chapel schedule:
- 3rd–5th grade lesson: 8:15-8:40 a.m.
- K–5th grade combined worship: 8:40-9:00 a.m.
- K–2nd grade lesson: 9:00-9:25 a.m.
- Preschool: 9:30-10:00 a.m.
Park near the gym (view map) and check in there to get a badge. If you have not yet opted into facial recognition with our new Visitor Aware badge system, you must bring a driver’s license to sign in as a visitor.

Executive Functioning Support and Supplemental Math Support
To register students for executive functioning or supplemental math support, use this FACTS form. Executive Functioning and Supplemental Math ARCC support meets during tutorial times on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the ARCC testing center and is a year-long service. For questions, email Mrs. Novlan.
