Start whenever you are ready by taking Module 1: An Introduction to Therapeutic Breathwork for Caregivers by Distance Learning and have recordings you can listen to at your leisure.

Then in person or virtually complete Modules #2 - #5 August 13-16 and Modules #6 - #9 Sept. 17-20, 2026

 * integrate the basic Therapeutic Breathwork principles personally and professionally

     * receive supervised experience and gain confidence as a practitioner

     * become Certified as a Level I or Level II Breathworker.

This course is an in-depth training in breathwork as a practitioner. You will get supervision on your skills as a breathworker, and develop your confidence and abilities in applying breathwork in the course and with your clients. You will also learn how to integrate breathwork with other healing arts.
