Happy March!

It is already March which means Spring is just around the corner! The Chateau has been busy welcoming you all back and tending to the vines as they prepare to wake up. Our Chef has been updating our food menu as we expand our food program in the coming months. For all you Champagne lovers, we have magnums back in stock and ready to enjoy during our Champagne Sundays starting on April 1st. The featured wine this month is the 2011 Goedhart Family Syrah. This Syrah is drinking beautifully with is the perfect choice to enjoy by the fire. Club Members, we have something new for you this season! Club Only Happy Hour starts this month with great food, wine, and case deals!

Our vineyard crew has officially begun pruning and is working furiously despite the cold snaps we have been having. The buds are hardy though and all is well in the field. The cellar has been bottling, topping, and blending the new vintage. Want more detailed production news? Taste WA Wine Grand Tasting

March is WA Wine Month and what better way to celebrate than the Grand Tasting Event at Lumen Field on March 11th & 12th?

Taste Washington is the nation’s largest single-region wine and food festival. We’ll be pouring our 2018 Single Vineyard Limited Touriga Nacional, 2019 La Haute Cuvée, and previewing our unreleased 2020 DLD Syrah. Plus one of our favorites, the 2019 Hedges Biodynamic Syrah will be in the VIP Lounge and our friends at Visit Tri-Cities will be pouring our Rosé!

Taste Red Mountain Woodinville

Red Mountain AVA is returning to Woodinville for a second annual Taste Red Mountain event. You’re invited to the grand tasting on Saturday, April 22 at the Winemakers Reserve. Enjoy wines from one of the world’s top-growing regions and get to know the wineries producing award-winning Red Mountain wines. Red Mountain wineries will pour current and library releases, featuring Bordeaux blends and varietal wines, paired with small bites from Twelve Baskets Catering.
