“Spring is proof that there is beauty in new beginnings.”

I feel the bubbling forth of springtime, yet not quite in full swing. What are you experiencing? Are you seeing the little sprigs of green on the trees and even some blossoming forth? How can this observation be a metaphor for your life and what you desire to bring forth?

I always feel a surge of energy around this time, even though the calendar date is not quite there. I feel inspired and I am feeling the potential of new ideas, yet may not be able to put these into solid form at this point. My desire is to feel one with all life and the natural world, and allow this intention to flow me where I desire to go. It’s like I’m flowing along a meandering river and opportunities are arising even though I don’t know all the details.

In my morning pages I’ve received the insight to see it, feel it and trust it! When I allow myself space to surrender to this, my life flows in amazing ways.

I have also found that when I am centered and present in creating my intentions,

I am more open to the signs and guidance which come to me. I do this best in a quiet space, and I always receive wonderful insights as I walk through the wonder of nature.

What if you gave yourself permission to be in the moment, even with the ordinary everyday life occurrences? Would you be able to observe your feelings, and thoughts on a deeper level and also flow through your day as more of a dance than a should.

And…rather than expecting the answers immediately, inviting them to appear naturally.

"This outward spring and garden

are a reflection of the inward garden."

~ Rumi

I love creating and assisting others to experience the stillness of the mind, walking at your own rhythm to tap into your heart, strengthening your body, and being present to what nature desires to share with you, and connect with The Divine. To feel only one emotion is rather narrow thinking. We are individuals with a multitude of facets to our being, yet it is through honoring these facets we are able to shine. The focus is to feel whole in our body, mind, heart and spirit, where all is right within our inner world. When we are in alignment with our inner world, the outer world cannot so easily take us off course from our center.
