Breast Center Administrators are facing extremely tough times post-COVID due to multiple factors. It is clear that some patient services continue to be poorly reimbursed and the process to deliver those services is a challenge. This post conference will focus on Improving your revenue while providing much-needed support services. Sessions will address how you can grow your business AND do the right thing for patients! Two extended sessions will be offered during this post conference. First, there will be a deep dive into building lymphedema services as a model to provide much sought-after care to your patients and community.
