Madera County Workforce Investment Corporation is hiring a Deputy Director.
This leadership position advances workforce development efforts in Madera County and supports the strategic priorities of the Workforce Development Board.
The position offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $84,304 to $105,650 annually.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage at no cost to employee.
- Comprehensive EAP and $50,000 life insurance coverage at no cost to employee.
- 200 hours of vacation per fiscal year and 15 paid holidays.
- Participation in a 457 retirement plan with employer contribution.
