Los Angeles, CA—This is my favorite season, by far. The hints of Fall beginning to glimmer, the veil between worlds thinning, and natural flow of self-reflections that ease in and out of the hustle and bustle of the holidays that are beginning to ramping up. I thought it was the perfect time to look back on how COVR began and reflect on all the shoulders on which we stand. Below is COVR: An Origin Story written by one of our founding board members, RaZaEL-

Our industry is changing at lightning speed and we want your feedback about the kinds of concerns you have for your business, and ways that COVR can help.

It's time again for the official call for new COVR board members and to re-elect current ones. If you're curious about the requirements, responsibilities and opportunities for board members, CLICK HERE, and if you'd like to apply, CLICK HERE. You'll have until November 20th, 2023 to submit your application. Additionally, we have a great opportunity for members of our community who don't yet fit the requirements for serving on the board to apply to become a board of directors intern for COVR. In other news, COVR will be supporting a booth again next year at the 2024 Conscious Life Expo, and this year it will be a CLE COVR COLLECTIVE where members can display their product or book, along with a small postcard, on our table for a small fee. There will only be twenty spaces available, so you’ll want to get your CLE COVR COLLECTIVE reservation in early. Members will be encouraged to contribute a few hours of their time during the 2024 CLE weekend, February 9^th-11^{th, in Los Angeles.}

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! COVR has been growing over the last several years and our most important programs need your service. Currently, we would love your help on any of these four committees: Visionary Awards Committee, Visionary Awards Marketing Tools Committee, Member Benefits Committee, and Newsletter Content Committee. Thank you so much for all your orders of award trophies, certificates, and stickers! This year we have had a record number of orders and found ourselves a little short on organization, help, and product! A deep, heartfelt thank you for all your patience if you found yourselves on the other end of a late response or wait time for your order. Finally, the last of all the recent orders has been sent! (Excluding the reprint of all the Industry Choice Certificates.)

Rest assured we will plan for this next year by encouraging certificate orders early and having more stickers on hand! Having said that, you'll want to give yourself a little extra lead-time for ordering trophies as our vendor, while incredibly efficient, can only work so fast.
