Beyond the First Job: Preparing Students for Careers That Last | |
At the Rutgers School of Business–Camden, we prepare students not just to land their first role—but to excel throughout their entire careers. Our approach blends immediate job-ready skills with deeper career readiness, ensuring students develop adaptability, professional judgment, and the confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing business world.
This year’s Rutgers Wealth MAP Symposium connected students with leaders in wealth management who shared real-world stories of career pivots and growth. We’re also integrating AI tools into our curriculum to meet employer expectations and prepare students for the technologies shaping the future. Corporate visits and an upcoming networking event further expand students’ exposure to industries and help them develop relationships that drive long-term success.
Thanks to the support of our alumni, partners, and community, RSBC is shaping graduates who are entrepreneurial, resilient, and ready to lead across a lifetime of opportunities.
