For those who have not heard by now we did retire on 11/30/2024.
The exciting news is this....Lanier Appraisal Service has been acquired by Pendley & Pendley Appraisers out of Cumming (they have years of experience on Lake Lanier, Hall County, plus many other Counties).

I approached Pendley & Pendley about acquiring our website and domain name (internet presence ) because they are the ONLY Company that I would refer Lake Lanier Business to in my absence.
You all know how important it is to have someone who knows the Lake! They do.
