We hope you will join our Young Professionals Board as we celebrate the fifth anniversary since it was established at this year's Arcade for Legal Aid on Wednesday, April 12th. This fun event is a great way to join the PILI community in supporting our work. We hope to see you there!

And finally, we are excited to announce our theme for 2023: A Community of Service. At PILI, we believe that equal access to justice is a fundamental right. The legal community - law students, lawyers, judges and other legal professionals - have an ethical obligation to ensure this right is accessible for people with unmet legal needs. PILI is excited to welcome Mariah Levy and Elisa Epstein to our Alumni Network Leadership Council as the 2022 Intern and Fellow Alumni Representatives.   • 2023 Dates for PILI Pro Bono Roundtables Set. PILI holds several Pro Bono Roundtables to bring together pro bono leaders from law firms, corporations, legal service agencies and law schools. Attendees discuss timely pro bono issues, challenges and best practices and develop strategies to expand and enhance pro bono in Illinois. Read more » 

  • First Virtual Pro Bono CLE Series Sessions of 2023 Announced! Join us for free statewide virtual CLE to learn about timely pro bono legal topics. We will be hosting these virtual CLEs throughout 2023. Attendees are asked to make a small pro bono commitment in return for the free CLE.
