Happy Monday!
Thank you for registering for our Annual Conference! The Happy Valley Adventure Bureau, the Wyndham Garden State College and our team have been diligently preparing for your arrival. As you prepare to attend the conference, we have a few reminders and updates for you. Please take a moment to review:

Checking in! The Wyndham has asked us to share with attendees they will do their best to get you in your room as soon as possible upon your arrival, and no later than normal check-in time. With a sold-out Saturday night, if your room is not ready before the FAMS depart on Sunday, please check your bags with hotel bell staff (or leave your bags in your car). Conference registration opens at 11AM.

Bring Your Bus to Work! All PBA operators registered to bring a bus Sunday night for a photo (regular and drone shot) before the reception at Beaver Stadium received an email with instructions on where to park and what time to arrive. If you registered and didn't catch this email from me last week, just let me know and I will resend.

T-Shirt for Group Photo! If you're attending the closing event Tuesday evening and did not share your shirt size with us, we have closed the survey sent to all registrants, so simply send me an email. PBA will distribute the t-shirts at the conference registration desk. Note, the T-shirts and other 100th apparel will be available to order online for purchase after the event.

#PBArollsinto100! We will be giving out some 100th anniversary swag, including bus decals, nail files, keyboard calendars, micro cloths for your eyeglasses and mobile phone screen and lapel pins. These will also be at the registration desk. Also, stop by to check out our archive table!

Room Change! Monday's lunch will be in the Garden Ballroom, not the Mountain View Ballroom as indicated on the printed program and on your mini-pocket schedule in your name badge.

Goat Yoga! For those attending Goat Yoga Wednesday, we will have mats for you. Also, per the farm, all participants need to complete this online form, prior to the class. If you completed the form already, rest assured yours has been received.

Sales Retreat Sessions! All PBA travel suppliers participating in the Sales Retreat have been contacted via email to advise which session you are participating in. Of course, the operators will have tables at both sessions and look forward to meeting with you!

Something NEW for Industry Expo! All PBA associate members participating in the Industry Expo have been contacted via email to advise you will be visiting with the operators at their tables vs. the associate members having a table this year. We will get your feedback after this session, to see if you like this format better!

Return on Investment! We have great speakers ranging from educational to inspiring. Make the most out of your registration dollars by attending all speaker and educational sessions. We want everyone to benefit and make the most of your time and money investment.

Network! Besides the Sales Retreat and Industry Expo, we have plenty of networking opportunities for you! Networking events include Sunday night Opening Reception at Beaver Stadium, Sunday late night Hospitality Suite hosted by MeetAC, Kick-the-Tires Happy Hour Monday late afternoon hosted by MCI, Monday night Dine-Around (transportation available to downtown State College), and of course, the Closing Event at Lubrano Park to cheer on the State College Spikes!
