Wonderland Mountain Challenge Trail Race

Ace Adventure, WV

Join ACE Adventure Resort for the Wonderland Mountain Challenge, a demanding trail run through the beautiful mountains in West Virginia on Memorial Day weekend.

Choose between a half-marathon, 10K run, or a 5-mile walk. These distinctive race routes will take racers through the New River Gorge past scenic rock outcrops, cascading streams and abandoned coal mines. After grabbing your medal at the finish line a burrito buffet awaits to tame the appetite you have developed. Cash prizes will be awarded to top finishers, plus you get bragging rights for tackling this amazing race on May 29th, 2021.

Dash for Diabetes 5K

June 12

Ravenswood, WV

Starts at 9:00AM

The 5th Annual Dash for Diabetes 5k Run/Walk put on by Coplin Health Systems Diabetes Initiative follows the 3.1 miles route along the Ohio River in Ravenswood, West Virginia.

Again this year, Coplin will be teaming up with Ravenswood Recreation Youth Program to spread awareness for the nationwide epidemic of diabetes. Unbeknownst to most, one of the best ways to prevent diabetes is through exercise!

HospiceCare 10K

June 12

Lewisburg, WV

Starts at 9:00AM

The race will start and finish at The Greenbrier County Courthouse in downtown Lewisburg. Participants will turn-around at the water station at the 3.1-mile marker and return to the Courthouse. Walkers are welcome.

There will be Covid-19 protocols in place for this event. We ask all participants to read and follow the protocols so that we can have a safe and successful event.

Registration will close on June 7, 2021 at midnight.

Big Timber Trot 10K

June 13

Charleston, WV

Starts at 8:00AM

This is Race #2 of the Kanawha State Forest Race Series! The race will start and finish at Dunlop.

Participants who sign up by June 6th will be guaranteed to receive a race shirt! Proceeds benefits the KSF Foundation!

WVStrong Summer Running and Walking Challenge

June 1 - Sept 9

We have made these challenges so that anyone can complete them. The challenge starts June 1 and ends September 9.

Route #1 - 222 Miles which will be 2.22 Miles/Day

Route #2 - 435 Miles which will be 4.35 Miles/Day

All registered participants will earn a commemorative light-weight shirt hoodie. Those that complete the challenge will earn an awesome challenge medal(s)!
