Monthly Leadership Reports for JUNE were due by July 15 - if you have not yet submitted yours please make it a priority to submit it by the end of this week 

Data - Whether or not you have any sepsis patients, every month you need to enter both total number of admissions and total number of admissions diagnosed with obstetric sepsis in Delphi - please use this week to bring your data up to date!

Sepsis Primary Contact Update

As we announced during the May Learning Session, Clinical Initiative Manager Elizabeth Balskus is leaving the PQCNC team. Starting July 1st, Keith Cochran will be the primary point of contact for the Sepsis in Obstetric Care Initiative. Moving forward, please send Monthly Leadership Reports to qiadvisor@pqcnc.org
