December 2025

Happy Holidays from all of us at United General District 304!

A note from our Executive Team:

We know that amid the holiday cheer, this has been a stressful time for many people impacted directly and indirectly by flooding. The challenges of the past few weeks have truly shown the strength of our community members, first responders, and local organizations.

In Skagit, we’re fortunate to have many local agencies that are mobilizing for effective and swift recovery from the current weather-related hardships. If you’re looking for assistance, Skagit County has created a comprehensive resource list.

We’re stronger together.

In service,

Ted, Carol, and Mary

All Babies in Skagit Deserve to be Dry & Healthy

For too many families in Skagit County, affording enough

diapers each month is an overwhelming challenge.

That’s where the Diaper Bank comes in.

United General WIC is spreading the word about the need in our community and raising funds for the Diaper Bank to bulk-purchase diapers at discounted rates instead of holding a traditional diaper drive! Every dollar donated through the end of December goes toward making sure our youngest neighbors stay clean, dry, and healthy - no matter their family’s circumstances.

Donations of any amount are appreciated! Give today here.
